Michelle specializes in hand-tied extensions and lived-in color, bringing 12 years of experience to her craft. Owner of both Length salons, she loves watching her stylists grow as artists, often while humming through her work. Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and raised in both Wisconsin and Wyoming, she enjoys coffee dates with friends, hot yoga, and time with family. A social sports watcher, she’s currently into acoustic covers and Teddy Swims, and she’ll always order a breve latte! Full fat, all the foam!

Jess is a lived-in color and extensions specialist with 12 years in the industry. Originally from Arvada, Colorado, she's happiest snowboarding, hiking, gardening, catching live music with her boyfriend and spending time with her two dogs. She's a reality TV fan, love to travel, and will never say no to a brown sugar shaken espresso.

Carlie is a hair extensions specialist (fusions, k-tips, hand-tied) and stylist mentor with 27 years of experience. A Colorado native from Aurora, now in Littleton, she loves collaborating with her team and guiding stylists entering the extension world, often with her Goldendoodle (Arlo) by her side. Outside the salon, you’ll find Carlie traveling, camping, playing board games, riding her e-bike, or at the beach boogie boarding. She's passionate about self-growth, journaling, meditation, and a proud mom to a 15-year-old football and lacrosse player.

Michelle Ivey is a hairstylist and makeup artist who loves helping her clients feel their best through custom color, grey blending, extensions, and both wedding and special event hair and makeup. She’s known for the care she puts into every style, making sure each person leaves her chair feeling beautiful and confident.
Outside the salon, you’ll usually find Michelle cooking or entertaining. Friends tease that she belongs on a cooking show and always ask her for recipes to share. She loves spending time with her husband, David, their two daughters, Naomi and Elle, and their tiny Yorkies, Bentley and Leo (both under five pounds). And when it comes to coffee, she keeps it simple: plain black.
